Membership Benefits
By joining the Austin Infill Coalition members have access to a community of experienced builders through our online forums to help them solve problems and remove obstacles that are often encountered when working with the city of Austin. We also host monthly luncheons, bringing in speakers on topics aimed at improving the building experience, gaining knowledge, and providing better solutions for us and our clients.
The information shared and the work done by the Austin Infill Coalition often saves its members time and money by helping them solve problems and remove obstacles to building efficiently in the city of Austin.
Monthly member meetings are held over lunch the third Tuesday of each month, with exception to a happy hour or two. The programming committee coordinates quality speaker presentations and topics related to infill housing in Austin. Lunch is provided by the monthly lunch sponsor. Members are asked to RSVP for each meeting so we can plan accordingly.
An Active member will have access to all member benefits including the Forums, member lunches, and events. For Medium and Large Company Memberships, all members must work at the same company.
Annual Dues:
Small Company Membership - $400 for One Active Member
Medium Company Membership - $600 for up to Five Active Members
Large Company Membership - $850 for up to Eight Active Members
